ITEM#VH1524-Fabulous is this ca 1930s Rita Thornton tilt Hat with Ostrich Feather.This is such a sassy styled vintage hat with gorgeous golden ostrich feathers on a light sage green wool and the ostrich feathers are sewn on the back on hat and gracefully drap over the hat and a gold braid trim that runs around the top of hat and ties in the back.You can wear this lovely hat with the black band or a hat pin,i can see in the back where they used a hat pin,can be wear as a tilt hat,all so worn as a Derby hat in 1920s and 1930s.This is a sassy classy vintage hat,the only thing i see is some small moth flecs in the wool and i have brush them out really don't notice them and one little stain on edge of hat under feathers,but mostly covered by feathers overall condition is very good for age and is still fabulous fashion hat on,signed Rita Thornton,Boston.Price:$72.50
